Before we begin, please check the following:
Update XKit
Before starting, make sure that you are on the latest version of XKit,
since the problem you are having might've been fixed.

Update your browser
Please make sure you are using the latest version of your browser.
Sometimes, XKit can behave weirdly when it's run on old versions of browsers.
Disable other extensions / themes
Other extensions, especially ones that move or remove items from dashboard might interfere with XKit, causing it to behave weirdly. Before using this tool or filing a bug report, please disable all other Tumblr related extensions to see if the problem stops.
Reset XKit
Sometimes, just resetting XKit solves everything.
Make sure that XKit is enabled and click on the Reset button to reset it.
Come back here if the problem continues.
XKit 5 and lower and other extensions are not supported.
This troubleshooting tool does not support XKit 5.x or below,
nor beta extensions or extensions not written by STUDIOXENIX.
If you are using XKit 5, please upgrade to 6.
